Requirements
Proven experience in administrative roles is an advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Willingness to travel when necessary
Responsibilities
Manage and handle all incoming phone calls professionally.
Coordinate the delivery and collection of incoming and outgoing parcels.
Ensure sufficient office supplies and arrange for timely restocking.
Assist in arranging staff accommodations and booking travel tickets when required.
Manage utility services, including electricity and water applications and terminations.
Handle renewal and application processes for phone lines, fire extinguishers, and clocks.
Handle business license applications and renewals.
Manage documentation and applications for foreign workers, including work permits and pass port renewals.
Liaise with government agencies and external parties on matters related to licensing, permits, and compliance (occasional travel may be required).
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
