Requirements
Minimum SPM or Diploma in any related field.
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office, email, and internet usage.
Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is an added advantage.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media platforms, and the company website.
Provide accurate product or service information and assist customers with their questions and concerns.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and issues.
Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, feedback, and follow-up actions.
Perform administrative duties including data entry, filing, documentation, and general paperwork.
Support day-to-day office operations and ensure records and documents are well organized.
Assist with other operational or administrative tasks as required.
