RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE

Position Level Junior Executive Requirements Based in Sabah and willing to travel frequently for recruitment events. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while reporting to a manager. Knowledge of the local Sabah job market and networks is a plus. Willingness to travel between Sabah and HQ (KL) when needed. Responsibilities Assist in recruitment efforts to attract local talent in Sabah for therapist positions. Participate in recruitment roadshows, events, and career fairs across Sabah. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates under guidance from the Recruitment Manager. Coordinate recruitment campaigns in collaboration with HQ in Kuala Lumpur. Maintain recruitment records and track candidate progress in HR systems. Promote Siam Oasis as an employer of choice in Sabah. Qualification Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
